Best hotel we stayed in our entire road trip. Got great price as well due to off season.

Loved the location. beautiful mountainside. Great views from my balcony at night.

You can hear everything that goes on in the upstairs room over my room. Too noisy!!!!! Other than that it was a nice place with a Great view!

Great location and staff were helpful and friendly. My only WARNING is to stay in an upstairs unit as apparently Godzilla was occupying the unit above mine, making his presence known until midnight.

We loved our stay! Hotel staff very nice and accommodating. Only downside was plumbing noise in room when other guests used water.

Room was very comfortable. Found the facility well maintained and quite. A tad far from Scottsdale downtown.

The check in was almost a bother for the night person but nothing was opened for a hot drink or any drink or bite of food. For a four star hotel we were surprised. The towels were like washclothes, pillows were horrible but changed them for the second night (at least one of the pillows were changed). View nice, room nice except for pillows and towels. But no amenities except tiny shampoo, little soap and conditioner. Seems like a cheap motel

Wonderful staff and hotel room. We stayed here for a couple of nights prior to a conference. Was not disappointed.

Nice room, great view of the valley. Pool area was under construction and hot tub didn't work. AC in the room wasn't strong enough.

As I said. It's bigger, brighter and nicer view than pictures on Orbitz. Only one thing. It was under construction next to swimming pool but it finishes in the morning time. They said it will done by 2016 Oct.

The hotel is in Fountain Hills, so be prepared for a long but not stressful drive into Phoenix. The rooms are large with high quality southwestern decor and a whirlpool bath and terrace. The bed is not high quality and the pool is small, not for swimming. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. Dinner was overpriced and mediocre, but lunch sanwich was delicious. It's quiet and fits with desert environment.

Comfortable.Invokes relaxation.Nestled in a hill with views of mountains. Spa treatments available on site.Yet near some great shopping & city life.

We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. It is on a beautiful property, and removed from the main road, so quite peaceful. The room was spacious, and comfortable. It's a little of a hike into town, but worth it.

This was my fourth stay-I'm always happy with the Inn and know what to expect and what not to expect.

We just needed a place for one night, as we were on our way to the red rocks district, but stayed to visit friends in Phoenix. This hotel is on the far NE side of the city, practically in the countryside. The resort is just beautiful, the restaurant served a terrific breakfast, and our room was gorgeous, complete with a high end bathroom and an enameled fireplace.

The room was awesome. It was clean, huge and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was we arrived after dark and the street was not well lit. They need more light in that area.

We were greeted by a very nice lady. She had our room ready for us as soon as we arrived. There was a mix uo and she had 2 rooms ready and said no oroblem that she will correct the error. The room and view she gave us was as beautiful as she said. We will be back and will only stay at this property.

Exactly as advertised . Very clean and comfortable . Will tell my friends .

We chose the hotel for its proximity to Mayo Clinic. After stay we wished we had booked an extra night. Beautiful place!!!! Very peaceful. I could have spent the whole day by the pool.
