Very quiet place!
We were turned away from the restaurant rather rudely. Instead of being empathetic, a gentleman barked at us that the kitchen was closed and they had already had last call. All we wanted was a nightcap. This was 25 minutes before they actually closed. Our last morning there, we had cold showers. No hot water at all. Found used q-tips under the bed.

Booked thru Orbitz. No problem checking in, we checked in late 10:30pm. Hotel even reached out prior to our arrival. Staff great. Here is the deal. Its an older property, guessing 20 years old. Every single aspect of the Inn, is not new. It doesn't need to be. The quality, size and amenities make it irrelevant. Only thing we missed out on was the Restaurant being renovated. Loved pool and jacuzzi. For what we paid through Orbitz, and what we got. No brainer! Go luxury suite.

location nice family lives in Engle mountain. poor customer service. No signage to welcome You to office. rooms nice & clean but VERY dated. no charging station or radio with capability. light in bathroom not working. no room service :(

Just a really nice property with unique lodging accommodations. Extremely friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Although I did not try the restaurant I would expect it is excellent judging by the rest of my stay.
Location is perfect for the way of the hotel and how the owners want to make you feel. I loved the rooms.
