Checking in was a breeze. Problem with key had to go back to lobby to rekey, was then instructed to push down hard on handle. That would have been helpful upon receiving keys.

LIABILITY - DO NOT STAY HERE

There was flooding in the bathroom - just now and I slipped on the floor. I called the front desk. They were rude. I asked for medical assistance - It was not forthcoming. This is going to become a legal issue. I expect a refund of my room, the cost of the coffee that has been left in the room and an additional $150 for the appointment I missed that I have to pay for - plus any additional medical costs I will incur and any long term damage to my hip this may have cost

Bugs. Had a roach run across my face in the middle of the night. Roaches in the bathroom. There were a couple dead bugs on the floor when I checked out. Told the front desk about it when I left. Didn’t feel they cared much. No sleep after that. Miserable night and morning. I have stayed there many times but that was it for me.

Scottsdale hotel in the hills

Beautiful location at the back of a mountain with views of the city below. Offers wine tasting and has pool. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom has spatub and shower. Recommended!
