I booked this property for a relative. We live in Fountain Hills and we knew he would love to be near downtown and the Fountain. The hotel is very nice outside and the lobby is welcoming. With that said, the elevators (when working) stunk like cigarettes and garbage. The room was a cute, very dark Kitchenette with a private bedroom. The room was gross and smelled worse than the elevator. Our family member had requested a room with a bath. The bath had no stopper. However since the room only had 4 minutes of Luke warm water no need for a tub. Our family member / your guest had to use our bathroom tub. I could go on about the lack of staff and the complete lack of hospitality, however that week they were all notified of an impending sale , county notice out front . Please call me at your earliest convenience to discuss reimbursement.
The water does not wash the soap off your body, and the faucets in the room bathrooms are places in such a way that you end up spilling a ton of water into the counter. Everything else was great.
Side entrances inoperable, one clearly had sign and other entrance, the key electronic device not working.

This was my first time staying here and it was a very enjoyable experience. Large modern rooms, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and clean. I will definitely stay there again.

All ways a nice place to stay. Staff is friendly and the rooms are big. They even have a hotel washing machine and dryer
Very reasonably priced for location. They are doing renovations, so I'm sure it will be very nice once done. Carpet is older, but everything is clean. Fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and hair dryer in room.
It was one of my weirder hotel stays. It had a mix of nice (nicest, most comfortable couches I’ve seen in a hotel room) and dilapidated (junk bed, drywall and wallpaper peeled back badly in the bathroom). On top of that, the walls were pretty thin and I had the misfortune of hearing about an hour of a scream fight between a couple that got so bad I had to let the front desk know in case they needed to contact the police. The free breakfast was also absent because the leaseholder apparently just walked away from it. All around, everything was off at this place. I won’t go back.
Apparently the hotel is under new management and is under going construction. The restaurant and bar were closed and no one disclosed that at the time of the reservation. Also the manger was fired last Friday and many the hotel rooms were not cleaned. Very disappointing
The location is perfect. The rooms badly need updating and az professional decorator.

We have actually been serving a grab and go style breakfast in the lobby since January providing assorted danish, cereal bars, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juices, breakfast sandwiches & burritos along with coffee.
