Pelican Isle ofrece un alojamiento con encanto, con acceso directo a las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Esta propiedad tiene un toque caribeño y cuenta con unidades frente al golfo con espectaculares vistas desde los balcones. Long Wonderful Weekend

A wonderful condo! Rooms were very clean and smelled clean, too. The kitchen had anything you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable! We loved our view and sitting on balcony eating! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful view

We were very pleased with the location. The unit was very nice & perfect for us. The bed was comfortable but it crackles every time you move. We were disappointed the pool etc was closed for maintenance but we reached out to the property manager. He was wonderful. Kudos to a top rate management company!!

Only thing this condo doesn’t have is a oven sheet/pan to heat up a pizza and no pizza cutter, besides that it was nice.

Summer Vacation

We always love this part of Florida, and this was our forst stay at pelican isle. I must say the online listing looked much more put together than the condo in person. It gave us a place to stay and that is most important, i just wish it would have been nice like the listing pictures.

Beach and Dolphins

The condo was just as described. Excellent location. Communication with property manager was great! For sure will be back! Only a couple repairs are needed Light in oven is out The ceiling fan in room needs replaced it is extremely loose and noisy. Almost wondered if it was going to fly off! lol Bed could use a topper! Check in and out was easy Parking was easy All. Around great stay!

Great!

Great location! You can see the beach from the balcony (there is ground floor parking, this is labeled as "Floor 1" but it is actually the second level up). You can hear the ocean! It is a close walk to the beach and the fact they include an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set up by the beach service is FANTASTIC! You do have to walk up and over the short bridge, so just FYI for anyone considering a wagon (leave it home). Clean. Beds were ALL comfy - even for the adults on the bunks! Mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was worn and decompressed. But everything else was wonderful!

Great place to stay

Pelican Isle was a great place to stay! Beach view was beautiful, condo was very clean and neat! They even had our place ready for us sooner than expected. However, we had a few disappointments the TV didn’t work with the apps they had set to stream in the living room, gym was closed, the oven took forever to cook French fries and chicken, sink was outdated. Overall we had a great stay!! My family will be back, they maybe need a little bit better of up keep. Nice area though very close to excursions and Destin!

We had a great stay. The room location was perfect. Convenient to everything while being out of the busy areas. Condo could use a good deep clean but overall it had clean sheets, towels, dishes. I would stay again.

Previously used towels on back of bathroom door, patio door difficult and took two people to open. Cheap paper towels and toilet paper. The beautiful beach view and close proximity helped make up for the actual condo

The property was excellent and well maintained for the except for the unit we stayed in

My family enjoyed our time at the property. The unit was lacking basic maintenance that has been addressed in previous reviews. The ceiling fan in the living room would barley turn not producing any air flow, the ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be put on a speed higher than low because it was not properly anchored and would make a knocking noise. Luckily we brought a small box fan with us. The unit itself looks like it has not been updated since 1992. The mattresses in the bunk beds where not mattresses, they were just a piece of foam. These things would have not been such a hard pill to swallow if we hadn’t spent 3k to stay there for 7days! We definitely don’t mind paying for quality, but for what they charged is not what we got! My suggestion to the owners would be either update the unit to make it worth the money or stop using VRBO that charges all the fees that make the unit not worth the money being spent! I know your response will be we should have called maintenance to fix our issues, but I figured what is the point since those same issues haven’t been fixed in over a year of the same bad reviews. We went on this trip with another family that stayed in the same complex, had a 2 bedroom 2 bath that was completely updated and gorgeous, and did not even spend the same amount of money we did!

Old uncomfortable furniture kitchen was very under staffed not even a pizza cutter. For the ones that usually stay on the other side of the bridge stay where you are this was very disappointing but still very pricey

Great location

Not a big deal but the paper work stated there would be 2 rolls of toilet per bathroom but when the first roll ran out we discovered there wasn't a second roll. Overall it was very nice.

Poor supplies in kitchen

The kitchen is poorly lacking utensils. 6 forks, 6 spoons,,,,,etc The washing machine sounded like a jet taking off. Needs doors fixed so it can buffer the sound or a new machine. In my opinion this condo was Only equipped for 2 people Max!
