This renovated condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large balcony with outdoor seating, and in fact, the unit was rearranged to allow Gulf views from sitting comfortably on the couch. Unit B620 has been recently updated with all new living room and dining room furniture, and gorgeous tile floors. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful new backsplash. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The unit's dining room table seats six people. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower (which is one of two bathrooms) and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a brand new leather queen sofa bed, flat screen 65' HDTV, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area off of the kitchen and living room for extra accommodations. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
