The two servers at the poolside bar were amazing! The first night was a little sketchy because one of the elevators were broke, but they got it fixed before the next morning and everything worked as smooth as butter. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great hotel. Across the street from beach. Chair and umbrella rentals 90$ a day. Buy your own leave for maid. Big room, pullout sofa mattress springs pock you. Murphy bed very comfortable. Ice machine was broken. A little dated but otherwise very good stay

From the moment I arrived at Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, I knew I was in for something special — but nothing could have prepared me for the view from my room. My balcony overlooked the beautiful canals, and every evening they came alive in the most breathtaking way. The lights reflecting off the water created a sparkling, ever-changing scene. Each building added its own splash of color, and in the distance, a spotlight reached into the clouds like something out of a movie. I spent every night out on the balcony, completely captivated — honestly, I could have stayed there my entire trip without even leaving the room. One of the best parts of my stay was how convenient everything was. I didn’t even need a vehicle — from grocery stores to restaurants to shopping, everything I could possibly want was within walking distance. And if I ever needed anything extra, the concierge was incredibly helpful and made sure I was taken care of. Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort gave me one of the most unique and magical experiences I’ve ever had.

Originally scheduled for 10 days Day 1 and 2 - toilet would not flush. Had go report issue twice before it was resolved. Day 3 to 4 Roaches. Maintenance came quickly and sprayed the kitchen buy they were in the livingroom and bathroom. On day 5, I received a call asking did I check out. I said no and postponed my plans and decided to go back. We walk in my stuff was gone. I went to the office and they were apologetic and reimbursed me but this is an experience I never want to experience again.

Great location. Rooms seemed out of date. Hallways were dirty. Pool is small, paints peeling along edges and hair all over. Sign says 8 max in the pool. One of the Elevators went down for a day which caused us to wait 30 minutes or use the stairs. Had to put a $40 deposit down on pool towels. And there already towels in the room. Did I say the location was great.

The furniture in the rooms is DISGUSTING! we’ve gone here in the past 7 years and NOTHING has changed. The couches and chairs have so many stains and the pullout couch was pee stained and not even useable. The beds are not comfortable it was like sleeping on a pile of rocks. All the money you get for rooms you think you would want to update and keep people coming. A bunch of people were complaining about the rooms furniture and cleanliness. The cleaning staff should also do better, there’s no reason i should find others hair and leftovers in a “cleaned” room.

STAY AWAY

This was a terrible experience. We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 18th bday and had to cut it short. Booked the 2 br ocean view. One of the beds had dirty sheets, we had no water our first morning there, the rooms are ancient, the staff is not friendly at all, need to say more? Just do yourself a favor, stay away!
