Great breakfast and lovely pool! My kids loved playing in the fountains at the pool. The staff in the lobby were very friendly as well.

Nice hotel in keywest but little expensive for the room size, hotel is good overall and continental buffet breakfast and pool facilities are excellent

Expensive but everything is and all the hotels are pretty much start at the same price. This was the cheapest option but certainly was not the lesser for it. Completely Satisfied with the transaction and the outcome of the trip. Would recommend.

I was travelling with my spouse and typically don't write bad reviews but my stay here compels me to provide feedback Check-in: I'm wasn't looking for a warm and friendly greeting, but I noticed other couples checking in received refreshments. By the time they noticed and did something about it, the overall experience looked rather forced. Bottom line - I don't need to feel extremely welcomed but treating some guests preferentially is a huge no-no for me. Room condition: You're paying to stay in key west and the room conditions make this abundantly clear. The room was tiny and the bed very uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend staying here since you're not getting your money's worth. Overall, I feel cheated out of my money. You would typically pay $50 for this room anywhere else and I ended up paying 5x as much. To be fair, the breakfast was good and the hardworking team behind it deserve credit. The pool was okay but you're in Key West with the ample beaches around you. Overall, this is not worth the money. I feel cheated

Great breakfast. We asked for a room for four people. We got two nice queen beds but the room was too small for four adults to be comfortable. We were pleased with the trolley stop in front and being allowed to leave our car in the parking lot all day even though our check out was at 11:00 AM.

expensive with respect to the living conditions. Essentially a motel which is way overpriced. Very small room, poor facilities, not comfortable.

The hotel was very nice, but I feel a little overpriced. The bartender Lisa was awesome! Go Packers!

The hotels in Key West are crazy expensive, but this place was newly remodeled and very nice. Small room, but very nice.

Hotel room was small but clean. Very nice breakfast by the pool. Pool area clean and nice comfortable chairs.

The hotel room was smaller than we had expected but we made the best of it as it brought our family together even more. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was awesome. The location was also great as it was on the side of Key West where all the restaurants and shopping district was. Parking was also very accommodating for the hotel. My family loved the free breakfast as they are still talking about it and it has been six months since the trip.

We enjoyed our stay, But wish it was closer to downtown. Although taxi service was always available. Would stay here again for the price but not the convenience.

Our experience was excellent. We arrived early at the hotel but they still found something for us to do the guided us towards the pool at bar area were we had a wonderful time Lisa the bartender was excellent and Stephanie which was training was very kind and friendly as well, overall had a great experience and will be coming back soon.

Hotel was clean and grounds were well maintained. Room with King size bed was small. Ample towels in room. Breakfast had something for everyone. Rooms have outside corridors with doors that do not fit snug, so there was quite a bit of noise. Not a big deal if you are a sound sleeper, but if you're not, earplugs would be a good idea.

I spent 1 night in this hotel. Its a good place to stay in terms of its proximity to stores, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping and Mallory Square and Duval street.. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool, Tikki bar.. wow! There is a floating Thai restaurant just across the street...Great. We forgot our suitcase in the parking lot ( yes we did !!) and when we came back at night from sightseeing, we realized that our suitcase is missing. We searched in room and car.. not found. Then we called reception only to find that they have it. Impressed!! I would like to go there again and again...

Friendly staff, Awsome swimming pool. Close to almost everything.

Room was small, but adequate. Very clean. Staff very curteous. Pool area and adjoining breakfast area and bar were above average. Complimentary breakfast offered many selections. All in all, a good choice.

Sofa bed lousy, tile floor in room and hallway tacky and slippery, a/c and bath vent dirty and full of cobweb, old and cheap towels, no closet and small, inadequate hanging rack, tight room !

quick one day trip for work. Clean, nice pool and friendly people

Over priced for what we got overall. Stayed in similar accommodations for half the cost. The ratings were wrong, rooms were small and dated, no shuttle, no as clean as could have been, etc. Will not be back.

Not amazing...not horrible either. Would recommend to those seeking value for money
