The staff were the best from luggage storage to currency exchange. Breakfast was a great variety of tasty, delicious choices. Room was comfortable although lacking a window.

Relaxing friendly Hotel

Returning to Florence for a week came back to this welcoming Hotel, staff were still as friendly and helpful and made everything super easy. Restaurant was also very good - usually hotel restaurants are so so - but The Opera restaurant which is part of this hotel was excellent with delicious fresh food and good reasonably priced wines. Breakfast each morning was also very good with large choice of continental or English style foods. The only complaint would have to be the noise from the Refuse Collectors - every morning at 5.30am! Realise the Hotel has no say over this and probably every other city hotel will have the same problem - but after a few days it does become tiring 😵 Another plus point though is its position - about 15 minutes to main squares and 5 minutes to railway station.

The hotel was outdated and the room wasn’t in great condition. Furnishings chipping, appliances have signs of wear, not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. The surrounding area wasn’t great either, seemed empty and slightly unsafe at times

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The front staff were very helpful in recommending places to visit. Breakfast was a very nice experience/ many high quality choices and staffed by very kind and friendly staff. Our room was beautiful, clean & comfortable.

I'm gladly surprised that when I do early check out, the front desk asked whether I need a breakfast pack, which is really above and beyond. When I checked out, I do receive the packed breakfast. They are so considerate.

Great hotel, far enough out of the centre to be quiet, close enough to walk to the sites in 20 minutes. Room was charming, shower pressure good, nice towels, good view of the mountains

Really enjoyed my stay here—clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The only downside was the low-quality breakfast, with cheap yogurt, juices and UHT milk for cereal. Convenient location near central Florence

It was nice as we had luggae leavinghge train station and it was only a 5 min walk. Was still walking distance to the main shps and the downtown. Would defenetely stay ther again.

The bathroom flush was broken There was water leaking on the floor They don’t provide enough amenities in bathroom They don’t give you fre water daily Cleaning staff not friendly and don’t care . Not a chain hotel. Never will use this again. Always go for a Hilton or Marriot if possible
