We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Florence! The location couldn’t be better — it’s within walking distance to everything you might need, including wonderful restaurants, shops, and even the train station. It’s also very close to the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo, which made sightseeing so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the staff was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option — the spread was excellent with plenty of fresh and delicious choices, a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

In the heart of Firenze

Quick stop over in Firenze. The hotel is in a great location. Right in the heart of the city. It is in an old building however there is a small lift necessary for getting luggage to the upper floors

Pleasent room but air conditioning is limited.

Great location in the city centre, walkable to everything. The hotel reception is on the 3rd floor which is accessible via a small lift (2 people & suitcases). It looked tired in places, showing wear and tear. While we were there there was a blackout and the staff were helpful, taping touches to the banister up the stairs, providing bottled water and hand fans for the heat. Bathroom door didn't have a lock, wires above bathroom mirror, TV directly above Daughters bed. Bathroom was a wet room and when the floor was wet it was very slippery, had to wear flip flops all the time in bathroom. I would say this was a b&b standard not a 3star hotel

Perfect location , couldn't have been better. Literally everything we wanted was max 10 min walk away. Room was clean, could smell the disinfectant on entry haha. One of the biggest rooms I stayed in on my Italy trip so far. Yes very small and slow elevator which seems common in these older Italian buildings. However the location cannot be beat, size and comfort of room. Older look aesthetically but that did not matter. Safe and secure, even when returning after midnight there are safeguards for access. Definitely recommend
