This is a beautiful apartment, well situated and close to the major sights in Florence. Everything is in walking distance and there are numerous restaurants, cafes, etc. close by. The apartment was spacious and clean. Amenities were sparse (no soap, shampoo, body wash, only 1 washer detergent capsule, no kitchen condiments) but there is a small market across the street where you can get these things. The bedroom on the street side gets alot of night noise due to a restaurant on the ground floor that hosts groups. The location is everything though. Why does one go to Florence except for sightseeing, shopping and art? I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit here very much. Everything about this apartment was wonderful and made for a comfortable relaxing stay. It was immaculately clean and well organized. Irene and her staff were responsive and welcoming. The location is ideal and offers great walking access throughout Florence. The only issue we had was the shocking level of street noise from the bar below which carried on past 2 AM in the morning almost every night. The back bedroom is quiet, the front bedroom is not. My wife had to sleep with ear plugs in, in order to escape the noise. The living area was also filled with a constant volume of voices, music and foot traffic making it difficult to hear the TV in the room. It was at times amusing to listen to the carrying on below and we grew accustomed to it as our visit went on. Sunday evening did offer a reprieve and we had a relatively peaceful evening that night. Having said this we really did enjoy our stay and would recommend this rental to anyone, as long as they are aware of the noise issues and willing to adjust in order to be able to sleep. It is a wonderful apartment that probably would command a much higher rental fee if were absent this one issue.

The property was very clean and centrally located. Each room was very spacious, kitchen was updated, beds/pillows were so comfortable!!There is no clothes dryer but a drying rack, and the noise from the street below at night is very loud. The mosquitoes bit us during the night…We walked to everything from this location!

Let me start off by saying the apartment is absolutely stunning! The rooms are enormous, the beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are updated and spacious. The air conditioning works well and kept the apartment very comfortable especially in the 90 temperatures outside. The rental company was very responsive when he had an issue and worried diligently to resolve it. They also spoke English very well so communication was easy. Some things to take into consideration…. There is only one set of keys and you need them to get through the gate and into the elevator and to open the apartment doors. So if you’re traveling with more than one family like we were, we had to coordinate coming and going from the apartment. The security feature of this is great, but it was a little cumbersome when we wanted to divide up and do separate things.The other thing to consider is that the apartment is above a very busy bar/nightclub. We were not prepared for how loud the street noise would be, and it lasted into all hours of the night. The back bedroom is actually far enough away from the street that you don’t hear any of the noise but the front bedroom and the main living area are on the street and the noise was above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined.

Beautiful and spacious!

Very beautiful and spacious. The beds had memory foam mattress and pillows which were very comfortable. Location was amazing, close to everything. Check in was flawless and great communication from the agency. It's on the 3rd floor which has an elevator that isn't big enough for a wheelchair. (important to know for those traveling with one like us) It's narrow, one person with one bag or two people no bags. There is one flaw to this place, there is a restaurant/nightclub on the ground level. People are partying in the street outside it until closing. There is loud yelling, screaming, laughing, singing until 2am. The main bedroom gets most of it. The road is narrow, and the buildings are tall, so the sound travels up. If that doesn't bother you then this is an amazing place!
