When we walked into our pitch black room and the light switch didn’t work. My husband tripped into the table and ottoman that was also dark colored. The person that checked us in should have told us about the switch that holds your key card to get the lights on.

Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel. Hotel is relatively new and it showed. Very clean hotel. Nothing luxurious but really nice. The only reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the check in service we received and because we were told they could not put us in the room we booked here on hotels.com because it was overbooked and not available. After we questioned it, they ended up “finding” us the room we booked in about 30 seconds. Makes me think it was available the whole time. Also, the receptionists were not the most respectful, whispering and laughing in front of customers. Just need to be more professional and attentive to the customers.

This hotel advertised a business center, but it does not have one at all. I received messages that needed to be responded to, but the only computer available was basically in the middle of the lobby where everyone could see your work. This is totally unacceptable to me you couldn’t even type a word document on it.

We had a great overall experience during our stay. The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom light, which had an automatic sensor. Unfortunately, it would turn on at full brightness every time someone entered the bathroom at night, which was a bit disruptive. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Thank you!

This hotel had a great hot breakfast every morning and a few kick back dinner every evening from 5:30pm to 7pm. Great selection of food items and decent quality. The location was very convenient and rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit lumpy and bothered my neck a bit. Other than the pillows everything was great and i would stay there again if I'm in the area.
