A new hotel with nice rooms and efficient service. No complaints. Breakfast was decent. Parking was extra 7 dollars a day. The location is near the highway and a bit far from the city center but just a 5 minute drive as Flagstaff is not too big.

Customer service was great. Housekeeping needs to have attention to detail. There was hair in the shower from a previous guest. We stayed at another Tru location the night before and the same thing happened. It was disappointing.
