Very nice and clean hotel.. just a little problem with beds that are a little hard.. other that that everything good.. they had a vending soda machine very convenient. Free parking.

The HCI is a basic, cheap, motel near downtown. Don't expect a Hilton or Hampton and you will be fine. No pool, no free breakfast, but there are many places to eat and things to see within walking distance. It's on the main drag and by the railroad tracks, but even with all that, it is quiet. I've stayed here many time and have never been disappointed.

Hotel is older, but our room was clean and bed was comfortable. It’s is close to downtown and there is a wonderful coffee shop around the corner.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Great location and good price.

Great place to stay. Had a great time. Thanks so much

The staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The friend I was traveling with has stayed here before and has come back many times!

Very friendly, I love the location because it’s near the route to Grand Canyon, not too far from center of town. Also there is a good coffee shop in front of hotel, you walk from room and also there is a Natural Grocer store next door. Overall great stay only complaint is bed was a bit hard

There is a real effort to keep the hotel looking nice and functional. They cut costs in the price of the toilet paper and Kleenex but I am a person who is just happy to have it, don't mind that it is a little rough. A bit more painting in the rooms may be needed for apparent scuff marks due to use. Maybe the ONLY drawback was whenever my husband went to get us coffee, which was offered at the front desk, he said he was often given 'the evil eye' by staff, the staff appears to be a extended family owned enterprise. Location: Good location, very close to the college, Beaver Street and downtown. BEDS: My bed was VERY comfortable, my husbands bed was comfortable but not like mine.

Chose this motel based on reviews and we were very satisfied. We checked in after 10:00pm, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The location is great for walking to good restaurants, downtown, and NAU. It was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. A great roadside motel for a good nights rest. Reminded me of nights on of Route 66 when I was a child.

屋里没有咖啡壶,也就是没有热水,无线根本收不到,更不用说链接,早餐只有咖啡,我只能说呵呵,不过倒是挺干净的,没什么异味

This hotel has great location, few minutes walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants and the city attractions, and it's also easy to hop on the highway.

Room was adequate for one night. Beds were comfortable. Wish there had been a coffee/tea maker in the room. Doors to units needed to be slammed to close properly so there was noise when people were trying to close the door.

Came here for a simple stay with no frills and got exactly that. Clean room with courteous staff, nothing else we could've needed.

This hotel is clean and simple. It was reasonably priced. So we were happy with it.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. It was a nice place to stop for the night. We were able to get a good night's sleep, shower & rest before continuing on our long drive.

This is an older motel so there are few amenities. The rooms clean but small. It was fine for 2 nights. The location is great! You can walk to good restaurants, shops, the Amtrac train Station, NAU, and more. There is a terrific coffee shop next door.

I would expected much better per reviewers comment but the hotel was just normal and i would rate it 3.5/5.0.

Older motel was very clean, easy enough to get to, bed was comfortable, quiet rooms and grounds altho right on busy street. We stayed here on our way to Lake Powell and then decided to stay here again on our return trip home. This is a no frills but perfectly comfortable and affordable place to stay. The office staff was friendly and helpful, both in booking and in directing us to a great restaurant within walking distance!
