ACASA Suites

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Incredible amenities, hotel staff, and attention to detail. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying in the hotel longer than outside of it. Reccomend it to anyone going to Zürich.

ibis Zurich Messe-Airport

Very Disappointing Experience

Although the check in person was personable and helpful, this hotel was anything but enjoyable. The hallways had an odor and my room was far from the elevator. The bed was practically in the doorway and getting in with my suitcases was like playing Tetris. The toilet in the bathroom had urine in it! I'm a mom so I simply flushed the commode but, seriously? Later that night, I went into the bathroom to wash up and there was a COCKROACH on the floor. I immediately sealed up all my bags and cautioned my friends in other rooms to do the same. This hotel is outside the main city in a business area making it difficult to find and use as a sightseeing home base. To get to downtown Zurich requires a taxi or a ten block walk to the tram. I cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast as I left early to catch a flight.
