One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Free bottle of water in your room and they replace it every day they clean your room. The breakfast was amazing! Just a very great place to stay!

Good hotel and lovely staff

We spent three nights here and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was excellent for the Letzigrund Stadium. Easy to travel by tram and bus around the rest of the city too. The beds were comfortable (although the pillows could be better!) and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet.

People at from desk ware nice , and helpful. One person did not help about tram ticket machine, and lie to me to, and said that ticket machine in hotel is for show and tale, does not work. Few minutes after I talk to receptionist, and she explained me how machine works and got tickets for tram. Was so made and felt like to ask why didn’t help , and lie. My wife stop me.

This hotel is really good if you don’t want to stay in the centre of Zürich as the tram is only a few minutes walk away no 3 takes you to the main station and no 2 takes you down to the lake. Within the hotel very nice clean public areas and our room was very comfortable with air conditioning. Bed linen was very good quality and all staff were very polite and helpful
