Enjoyed our visit to Eugene. Location was great - walking distance to a few great restaurants, THE BEST ice cream, and campus. Everything was very clean and I can think of anything we were wanting for during our visit.

Perfect for a trackmeet

We were in town for the Big 10 track meet and it was a wonderful place to stay. It was a great location and the place, while a little small, met all of our needs especially to stay close to the track. Great places to eat near by. It had everything we needed and wanted.

Cascade Manor Visit

This property location was extremely convenient for visiting an elderly relative living at Cascade Manor. Parking was right out front, walkable restaurant options, easy to get around town from this location, etc.

Fantastic location

We were in town for a UofO event. Location was perfect-two blocks to restaurants, McMenamins, and only a few blocks more to campus. Place came as advertised. On the smaller side, but had what we needed, and much better than a hotel room. Just what we wanted.

If you have an event at Hayward Field or anywhere on the U of O campus, this is the perfect location. It was a quick walk to Hayward with easy parking. I needed to contact the owner and they responded quickly to help. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped so we didn’t have to eat out every meal.

Great location for U of O track meets

I enjoyed my stay in this cute little place and would do so again. It’s small but adequate. I do wish there was somewhere to put my suitcase (like a fold up rack) other than the floor. Or a place to store clothes, no dresser or shelves, but there is a closet in one bedroom. The kitchen had everything I needed for breakfast, I did not need to cook. I could have used some ice cube trays to make ice though.

Owner was very responsive to any inquiries and the location was excellent and close to many things we wanted to do. Beautiful interior and very clean.
