The only rooms designated for ADA (handicap accessible) are single King bed with sofa sleeper. This information was not presented at time of reservation. There is inadequate room to manuver handicap equipment in the rooms once the sofa is in sleeper mode. It is very uncomfortable! Many handicap persons cannot share a bed with partner and certainly not an independant care giver! Won't be staying there again!

Our understanding is their only rooms for ADA (handicap accessible) are a single King bed and a fold out sleeper sofa. The need for handicap accessibility was given at time of reservation-4 months prior. There was inadequate room to manuver handicap equipment once the sofa was in use as a bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable! Many handicap persons cannot share a bed with their spouse due to their physical challenges and certainly they do not share a bed with an independant caregiver! We won't be staying there again.

Good enough.

I had car trouble and missed my first night of two night reservation only to find out that they canceled my two night reservation charged me for the first night and then when I showed up wouldn't give me my second night and then made me pay a considerably higher rate. I complained a bit talked to the manager who did ultimately give me the same rate but it was disappointing that they canceled 2-day reservations even though I did check in online and was more than okay for paying for the first night even though I wasn't there. In the long run everything turned out okay but it was frustrating.
