It needs sprucing up. Staff could make an effort to be pleasant.

Easy access to the highway.

The property was close to major highways, casino and easy access to get to the lake. What I didn't like was that most of my wallpaper was pealing off the walls, damage to the head board to the point where it was flaking off, stained lamp shades, a hard wired a/c unit to the point where if I had put my toes under too far I would have been electrocuted, there was a table with no chairs, no refrigerator, no microwave, sink was stained/dirty.

Based on the way it was advertised, this hotel was renovated. Also thinking it was now owned my Wyndham, I thought my experience would be like Marriott and what they did with their lower end hotels. I will definitely be staying somewhere else and it won’t be the Red Roof Inn. That was even worse.

The wall paper was pealing, hot water took 40 miniutes to get hot and curtains were ragged

Did not like at arrival Staff was not pleasant and just said they need $100 cash deposit before they could give it to me but did not explain that to me at the beginning

Friendly, attentive staff. Convenient location. Although we asked for an ADA compliment room, the space between the bed and dresser was undersized (too narrow), and the bathroom did not have a barrier-free shower.

Our room smelled like smoke and they had to move us immediately. The cleanliness of our next room was awful-crap on bathroom floor and carpet was dirty

We checked into our room at 3pm and left for the evening. We arrived back right before midnight to be told that there was an emergency and everyone had been evacuated due to a bad gas leak and that the hotel was now closed. While we understand that things like this happen and are often out of anyone's control, we are extremely disappointed that we weren't notified of the closure earlier in the evening. It was a sold out holiday weekend and our family of 5 was left with nowhere to stay and forced to drive the two hours home in the middle of the night. Had we have known at 5pm that there was an issue we could have made additional plans. Not at 1:00am. A kind fireman helped us retrieve our belongings from our room while the manager on duty told us there was nothing he could do to help us find somewhere else to stay. Never again will we stay here.

The kids had a great time and we loved breakfast. Close to the park.and some restaurants.

Bathroom and shower need work. Caulking around tub dirty and soap holder had black stains around it. ( mold?).

the staff were great, but the hotel itself is filthy. the A/C unit is either intensely cold or the room is musty and hot. random holes in the walls, wouldn't dare touch the tub (decided to simply not shower). we paid for the second night and actually left early evening (didn't spend the night) because the first night was so uncomfortable. The rug, omg, felt like 100 years of filth under your feet.

Stay there almost every stay in Erie. Excellent location to all of our activities.

Initial sign on door to 'pardon our dust' as remodeling, did not even describe the mess! There were room items piled in halls on all floors making walking difficult. The stairwells were jam packed with furniture and mattresses. Sure fire code violation. Dust, dirt and debris everywhere. Room was cleanish- entire edges of room was vacuumed or mopped only where reached, no attempt to clean further. Staff disinterested.

I stayed in the suite, which had a nice large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The room was large and pleasant with lots of natural light from the skylight right above the bed. Although the skylight had blinds, there was still quite a bit of light coming in. Not so good when you want to sleep, but very nice otherwise. This room was right at the entrance to the pool, so there was some noise from the pool door opening and closing and people coming and going. The staff was pleasant. Everything was clean. I enjoyed my one-night stay.

Overall a great hotel! Great staff, thank you Melissa and Sherry! Breakfast attendant was very nice! Only problem I had was the room we had, the bed was a tumble bed. The metal stuck out from the base of the mattress. Hit my foot a few times, not pleasant. Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend them!

i went there for a LECOM interview. clean room with a nice bed. picked me up from the airport, dropped me off at lecom for my interview, and then dropped me off at the airport after the interview. the staff were really nice and helpful.

Since we didn't get in until 12:30 am on our way to a dance competition and family 96th birthday celebration in Pittsburgh, the only thing I can really judge is the staff...(we were on the road again by 5:30 am.) The gentleman at the desk was delightful and welcoming...our room was clean and comfortable...we would certainly stay again.
