It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was ok. Round scrambled eggs are not for me. They had powdered donuts. The staff was helpful and attentive. The price was fair, but hotel tax from the City was excessive.

I had a spacious suite that's well maintained, with a comfortable king size bed. The refrigerator microwave and coffee maker were also in the room. There were both hot and cold options at breakfast, which was quite welcomed. I found this to be a nice property and enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here two days in July 2017. Lately I have been staying in a lot of hotels of the 'more economical' end of the different chains. This one is better than my average experience. The hotel is actually identical to the one in Las Cruces, but better kept and more quiet (probably because of the roadworks nearby). My neat room was more spacious than what I normally get, it had a living area. AC and WiFi worked well. Friendly staff. Average breakfast (with warm waffels in the shape of the state of Texas). The area is not very attractive though. Will definitely come back.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival, and were pleased with our large King suite. It was very clean, in fact this is one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. We spent 3 nights here. We were on the back side of the hotel with a nice view of Mount Cristo Rey and into Mexico. There were a lot of trains, with several sets of near and far tracks, which were coming and going at all hours. There is also a bar and grill that was pretty busy, with a bit of noise especially in the evenings. The window latch was broken, which seems to be a systemic problem with the Sleep Inn chain. We stayed in several on this trip that broken locks, and many were missing screens. A safety issue for sure if travelling with children, especially on the top floors. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillow choices. Everything worked in the room, but the internet was very slow. The TV was not programmed properly and had no TV guide. There was plenty of parking, and the outside area was well lit. Breakfast area was pretty small, with only a few tables, but the breakfast was good, with lots of selection. There was an attendant who was making sure everything was well stocked. One morning however, it was stacked with boxes of breakfast supplies along the wall. The area was very small to begin with, and then she was more occupied with moving and unpacking boxes than refilling breakfast items. Overall this was a great hotel with friendly staff. We would have no problem returning.

We stayed at this hotel twice (about 2 weeks apart), both times while passing through El Paso on I-10. On both stays we had a king suite (rooms 306 and 310). The rooms had a sitting area with a small partition from sleeping area, a microwave, refrigerator and a single cup coffee maker. We chose the suite because the regular rooms do not have the microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast on our weekend stay had scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy along with a waffle maker, toast and english muffins, donuts, juice and coffee. On the weekend it was served 7-10am. On our weekday visit, the hot items were pre-made cheese omeletts and sausage. On weekdays breakfast is served 6-9am. The breakfast room is of average size, but on both occasions the room was full of people eating. The hotel is about 4 blocks from the Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. There are many restaurants around. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market about 3 blocks away, and on the other side of I-10 there is a Target and much much more. We stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago, and I will probably stay here again next time.

We were in town to have time to see my brother to finish our taxes. We usually stay at on the Comfort Inn & Suite next door, but it was booked up. So we decided to go right next door to the Sleep Inn. The service was good the breakfast was good as well but the rooms really do need a refrigerator. When El Paso you are given lots of food at restaurants and when you bring them back to the hotel there's nowhere to put it. But other than that the stay was nice the hotel was clean the amenities were great I will be back again.

Located on the northwest side of El Paso off of I-10 at Sunland Park Exit. The name is a little deceiving, the hotel is NOT that close to UTEP (thank goodness), so no worries of the place being full of drunken, inconsiderate college kids. This section of I-10 os presently a frustrating mess of detours, closed ramps and roads, countless orange cones and barrels. Best bet is to ignore your GPS and try to follow the very poor signage for the Sunland Park exit. Also very poor signage directing you to the hotel once you are on Sunland Park Dr. At any rate, once you make your way to the hotel, you will be very pleased. Front desk staff cheerful and very efficient (checked in and headed to room in about 90 seconds). My King Suite was decent sized, very clean and nicely furnished, cozy and nice. TV a little small for distance to sofa, but many channels and great picture. Bed was very comfortable, shower, AC, coffee maker worked great. I enjoyed a terrific nights' sleep, the 3rd floor was totally quiet through the night. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Price I was charged was more than fair. I plan on returning.

Wonderful hotel, very clean, terrific employees and convenient to the race track and fantastic breakfast. Will return in the future. Well kept grounds, easy to find and right next to a great restaurant.

Stopped here for the evening. This is my second time staying here. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Clean spacious rooms. Free wifi.. no password required. Next to Twin Peaks and other national restaurant chains are located within a mile driving distance.

Spacious room, very comfy king bed, clean, and friendly staff. We were very pleasantly surprised to have a room so nice for the price. The room had a nice sitting area as well. Breakfast was the usual for this type of hotel. We didn't use the pool but it is indoor and looked good. The hotel is right off of the I 10 so easy to get to and lots of shopping and restaurants near by.
