I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at check-in. The staff member who assisted me did not smile or offer any form of greeting. They simply asked for my name and handed me the key as if they were annoyed or bothered. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and disrespectful. Because of this attitude, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel again. When guests arrive, they expect at least a basic level of courtesy and hospitality, but the staff member’s facial expression showed irritation, and they made no effort to be polite or friendly. Thinking back on the experience still makes me feel very upset and disappointed. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and ensures better service standards going forward.
