My 1st stay was great the second reservation was for a 2 queen bed room that was overbooked and given ti someone else as we arrived past 9pm and the receptionist trying to blame Expedia for overbooking and trying to put me on king bed room not sure if he was expecting me to sleep on the floor knowing that i was traveling with my husband and kids, he honestly looked like he just did not care his solution to the problem was we are overbooked and period. I had no other option than to look for another hotel in the middle of the night sooo disappointed!!!
