I waited almost an hour past checkin time to get into my room apparently waiting for my room to be "inspected". In that time i saw the front desk help many other customers and got them checked in immediately. I saw her offer the complimentary wine bottle to another customer but then I had to ask for mine. She never offered me the wifi code, but freely explained it to others checking in. Poor customer service all around. When finally in room I saw many unclean or falling apart items in the suite. The sink had a major chip missing in it. The unit needs upgrading and better cleaning.

Everything was excellent as per usual. I have watched their GM grow from Front Desk Clerk to GM and as a retired GM myself, find him to be one of the best in the business. He has molded his staff to understand the guests experience and comfort is top priority. I am a 63 year old woman and feel completely safe, secure, and respected at this facility. You cant go wrong booking your stay here.

No, the room was not in good condition. The bath tub was clogged. The water was taken to long to drain away. I believe the price rate is high when the hotel rooms are not in good condition to serviced. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and clean, which is a big plus. However, the furniture is quite worn out and could use an update. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the room — something like dampness, old fabric, or maybe even animals. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, an average stay.
