Chase Suite Hotel El Paso

Overall this was a great suite except for the fact that I got a non smoking room and the room smelled a lot like cigarettes. Great for my one night stay. Friendly staff and really convenient location for people who are not familiar with the area. Would definitely take this place into consideration if I was to stop by El Paso again.

This hotel was in the right place. Near the airport and friends. The room itself needed some remodeling but I did enjoy the air conditioning and the food preparation that the staff did. Great job. I felt right at home.

My stay was 4 nights 4/6- 4/10. I loved the room set up and king size beds but the couch was stained so no one really waned to sit on it. There was food and wrappers left under the bed up stairs and the safety lock was broke and kept falling off. The good points was staff they we're very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. I would stay again but maybe not at the one. Thank you Mixed emotions

Connection to internet is unreliable/frustrating. But w/ help from the front desk (and time), I did get online. Paper thin floors make every step upstairs audible to downstairs guests. Apt. is nicely laid out and attractive, but the kitchen has NO cups, plates, forks, pans...

Nice quiet accommodation. Staff is very professional. Minor issues were corrected immediately.

Only problem was wait time for shuttle, so plan early

We needed a 2 bedroom suite. This has a full kitchen; separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; and plenty of space. This hotel appears to be a former Residence Inn. Good value for the room. Beds were very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Our plan was to cook dinner BUT didn't find the time since we'd end up at the pool. The evening we would get the "appetizers," which were more like a meal (great for us). Only thing I didn't care for was the additional $25 a day I was charged immediately for "incidentals." Apparently that would be returned to me 3-4 days AFTER my checkout. I don't remember reading anything about the $25 a day incidental fee when I booked & paid online. Considering it was an older hotel (sticky bathroom door & front door, difficulty turning on the cold water for the upstairs shower, & uneven she led in the fridge) I'm curious how they determine the "incidentals." Other than that, we had a great stay & would stay there again.

This place came completely furnished! It was like an apartment. Full kitchen w dishes dishwasher microwave toaster coffe maker cooking utensils. Great for families traveling and full size fridge allows you to get groceries and save some money!

When travelling with kids it is always nice to find a two-room suite. In this case, there is a living area, kitchen, separate bedroom and a loft. It is great for a family. The facility is dated and in a so-so location near the airport, but El Paso is not that big so it is a short drive to any destination. The breakfast is decent too.

I went the weekend and I had a reservation on orbtiz, but when i arrived to hotel , the hotel was full, and they sent me to Marriot only for one night, but I had two nigths, so I went one night to Marriot and to the next day change me to chase again, was very tired, luggage up and down

This hotel was run down and is in need of updating. They are working on updating but the room we had was not. We were not happy with the first room we were given and they switched rooms with no problem. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very, Very, spacious. However, what it added in space it lacked in quality. Bed and bedding was fantastic down feather and pillow top. However, room had a distinct water damage smell. Had to buy air freshner to mask it. So close to airport, very loud. But if you need to cram 5-6 in one room you probably could. Like I said very large. Great Family spot because of small kitchen area. Save money cooking there. If you can stand the smell.

The lobby and front desk areas were being renovated. It looks like this used to be one of those well-known residence places. In-room accomodations were clean, with kitchen and fireplace, but obviously had been used for a while -- large and comfortable, even though somewhat worn. Very near the airport, restaurants and the Interstate highway.
