The door to my room would not open unless you put all your weight into forcing it open. The manager showed me how it was done. I was going to ask for another room, but my guess is they were all the same: rundown, dirty, lukewarm water, torn drapes, pool and hot tub were drained

We checked into one room that looked like it needed service. Went back to the front desk and got a new room. Walked into the new room and that room was just as disgusting as the first room. So we left! We paid for two nights on Expedia and could not stay there!

Not dirty exactly but not very clean either . The sink leaked and the faucet was faulty. The property is in poor condition. The door lock was funky. No restaurant in town. It was quiet though!

I like that it was in the area I needed but it was a bait and switch. It was filthy run down dead bugs everywhere. Spiders dust everywhere didn't even stay there one night. Couldn't stay there because of my granddaughter's asthma. Please make sure you know where you're getting. Do not sign anything till you look. It was a horrible experience and I do not want anybody to go through that

The worst place ever!!! Over priced and nothing works. The picture they have online are fake. Nothing is clean the room has bugs everywhere. The guy in the front desk was rude. When I went in to tell him nothing worked, and that the room was dirty he told me I had no choice as he couldn’t change my room. Refused to give me a refund. Please don’t stay here

The place is so filthy. The bathroom is disgusting... toilet not cleaned, bugs everywhere, tub filthy and the towels have, what looks like, blood stains and black stains and the crickets and spiders are everywhere. Cobwebs with spiders and carpet beetles all literally all over the walls and windows. Indoors and outdoors. The mini fridge looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years and smells bad. Mini bar smells awful. Broken furniture, trash and broken washing machines were sitting around the waterless pool. Broken ice machine. Broken sidewalks. There was also a serious problem checking in. If we could give less than 1 star we would.

Reserved a room for two landscaping crew members. They checked in, took showers. When one laid down in the bed he started to itch after about 15 minutes. He pulled back the covers and found blood stains on the sheet. He found bite marks on his arms. Needless to say, they didn't stay. They went in to talk to the host on duty but got nowhere. The seemed to be a communication issue.

There was a cockroach dying in the bathroom, the bathmat and bedspread were both stained, the floor wasn't vaccuumed, the air conditioner and the ceiling fan made noise, the room smelled musty like it hadn't been opened in a long time. We will not be back.
