Love holiday inn but just a couple of suggestions, maybe a complimentary water bottle and some plant base milk for the continental breakfast. Thank you
Very nice property. We enjoyed out time. Parking was very convenient.
Surprisingly beautiful place. Was given a beautiful suite with jaccuzzi and had a great time.
Arrived for two night stay to take in some annual hunting. Cleanest hotel in the area in my opinion. Evening reception was nice and unexpected. Was unable able to take advantage of free breakfast due to departure and return times. They may want to adjust that for the hunters staying there (95% of all guest those two days). My wife did lose her IPod there and staff was kind of no responsive when asked if any staff may have turned it in. I'm sure it was left by the pool area and most likely found by another guest or staff and not turned in. It happens.
Although I went through a complete headache to try and get the room I wanted, to accommodate a newborn baby, it still was not up to par with expectations. Dealing with the staff via email and in person was a complete nightmare. Impersonal, lazy and just downright ridiculous. I wouldn't return solely based on the staff, even if they were the best rooms in town!!!
I usually make this my stop for the night when traveling through the Valley, because of the great room and exceptional service from the staff!
So far this is the best hotel we have stayed at in El Centro. The room was large, everything was clean, and the staff were helpful. Actually it can be really hard to find a good place for a travel play crib in a hotel room, and there was plenty of room for one in our room for the first time ever. The pool was a bit cold (like 70 degrees cold), which is probably fine when it hits 100 degrees outside, but it was never very hot so we only dipped our feet. The clock alarm must have been accidentally turned on by the cleaning staff, because we got a very rude awakening at midnight both nights. I specifically turned it off the first time, and it was back on again the second night. Otherwise, the lodging options in El Centro can be pretty sad, and this hotel was nice and clean and large and turned out to be a good value.
this hotel is meeting with great expectation we love it we will recommend this name of hotel to our families and friends
I booked this hotel for my boss for a night stay and he said it was great. I did good! :)
