Best Western El Centro Inn

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Only stayed for one night, room was clean and check-in and check-out was easy. There's also an IHOP right outside and other fast food/restaurants are available not too far.

This hotel was very comfortable, great location. And the staff was great.

I've traveled to EC for work several times, stayed at almost every Major nice hotel in town. This is by far the best spot and a good price point to boot! Winning!!!

Nice comfortable beds, clean restrooms and a refrigerator in the room which is not in the way. Only bad thing was some tv channel said they needed a digital receiver. Good breakfast and polite front desk.

much better than my expectationnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Very nice the staff was great .The rooms were comfy and the breakfast was also good!

The room is well furnished. I appreciated the extra blanket placed in the room. I liked the crushed ice dispenser. Free breakfast is always welcome (although a few more items could have been added - such as bagels, waffles, etc.) The location of the hotel is depressing, even for El Centro. No landscaping, no decorations on the exterior (nor the interior). The breakfast area is small and cramped. The hotel corridors smell. Room needs deep cleaning at least once in a while. The room looked like it was hastily tidied up, but you could sense the underlying mold and grit. I felt like I had to wash the room's coffee cups in soap and hot water before using it. The bottom of the ice bucket had some hair stuck on it and nobody had bothered to clean it. There were no facial tissues or paper towels in the gym. I had to remind the receptionist to stock it up. The employees are nice enough, but they don't have the finesse you'd expect in a $100 a night hotel in El Centro. Bottom line: This is a $60 a night hotel, trying to be a $100 a night hotel. The management needs to know that there are a lot of things they have to change/improve in the hotel before they can charge the guests $100 a night.

The rooms were clean, it was a good area and IHOP and IN N OUT at walking distance was a plus!

A/C IN ROOM NOT VERY EFFECTIVE. JACUZZI HAD MUD IN IT,OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED DAILY. B/FAST WAS GOOD. SHOWER WATER PRESSURE WAS WEAK. ELEVATOR WAS TOUCHY-DIDN'T ALWAYS WORK IMMEDIATELY.

Reasonable deal on the room and accomodate late checkout. Facility had an "odor"

My husband had eye surgery, he needed quite and comfortable rest. This we got. The breakfast was great, so he did not have to go out until his eye was better. we also could bring our little dog and know it was safe while we were at the hospital. Eating out too was a good location. This trip was so much better than the last one, where everything was not so easy or confortable.
