Probably the noisiest hotel I have ever been at. The continental breakfast is a joke.
Great Location, all local stuff nearby. easy access.
Restroom didn't have toilet paper and there was no toilet paper holder and there was electrical outlets without there covers and sheets where stained
Room smelled terrible. We had to buy a candle and air fresheners to mask the smell. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser was broken (falling off the wall). The bathroom door has seen better days (scratched as if by a pet). The bathroom faucet sprays water outside the sink and towards the user. The towels were super hard. Felt like I was drying with sand paper. Room wasn’t cleaned properly. I found someone else’s car keys in my room. I asked for a new room but they were fully booked. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Didn’t have the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Tv in room was broken. As if someone had used a magnet on it. Lots of channels to choose from but the lines on the tv made it difficult to actually watch it. Wouldn’t pick this hotel again.
Check In was pleasant and the receptionist was nice. When we went to our room the air conditioner was off. Temperature outside was 100 degrees fahrenheit. We turned on the air conditioner and started moving our bags into the room. 20 minutes later the air conditioner was still blowing hot air even though it was turned to the coldest setting. It also made a loud banging every few minutes. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room which they did. The air conditioner in the new room was blowing cold air as soon as we turned it on. Room was noisy and not very dark at night. Breakfast was minimal with the coffee that was undrinkable, and I drink my coffee with nothing in it.
The price was not really bad, we arrived early and they accomodated us for a room. The room is very clean, I wouldn’t complain that the finishes are not very neat but the price of the room is hard to beat. Very close to everything like restaurant and groceries.
