Nice hotel overall, but for some reason my initial check-in and first night I was placed in a detached building (very motel-like) with the door facing Main Street. I would think they would've planned that building location a bit better and have the doors facing towards the hotel parking lot instead of the main road through Brawley. I requested a room change the next morning and got a very nice room on the first floor but was charged as an upgrade. Not too happy about that.
The customer service is outstanding. Staff went above and beyond. Very friendly. Made sure we had complete breakfast bags, even running to catch up to add boxes of milk and cereal. Quickly delivered xtra towels.
Very friendly staff and very clean. The location isn’t very nice but you walk in and it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too.
The property was really spacious as in parking space, restroom, main lobby, and rooms. Wished the breakfast room was bigger though. Many guests were either standing or waiting for breakfast to be made.

Great staff, Clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Finished our hunt by 7:30 a.m. Check in time was 3:00. Hotel staff was able to check us in extra early to get us out of the heat. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and curtious. Breakfast was included, a very nice selection of cereals, fruit, waffels, rolls, and assorted juices.

I am sorry to hear that your first room was not to your liking. The room that you mention, our exterior king room which is much less expensive due to the room location.
