Room and stay was pleasant. The parking lot had been plowed but a lot of snow had been left behind each car and my car almost got stuck. I asked if the staff if they could shovel the snow behind my car so I can get out and they offered me a shovel to do it myself. This was very strange as I am a paying guest! Another guest overheard and offered to rock/push my car so I could get out of the parking spot so I wouldn’t have to shovel the snow.

Clean room. Lots of stomping boom noises from above floor. Could hear tv in floor above or next to the room not the greatest sound proofing in building. Staff were pleasant and welcoming.

We were in town for family Christmas. The kids wanted to swim in the morning before going and the pool was closed, I asked the front desk and they said the manager is coming in at 10am to get the pool ready. We left and I called about 3pm to see if we could go back and swim and the front desk said it was still closed and the manager was supposed to be there any minute. We arrived back about 6pm and the pool was still closed, tried to get room service at 8pm and were told to stop back at 9:30pm to see if it was possible. Just terrible customer service.
