This unit worked well for us and we had a good stay! It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and we liked the one-floor layout. The unit was up a single flight a stairs and fairly convenient to the parking lot - way more manageable than most units in this complex that are up multiple flights of stairs. One drawback is that there is not much of a view - windows open to other units in the complex or staircases.

Nice place. We had everything we needed. Although way too cold, the pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was nice. The grills in the pool area were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I did not get responses right away when I had questions but it was within 6 hours or less. I have no complaints. I’d stay there again.

Great stay! Great location!

We loved staying at this property. Great location for us to visit our daughter going to school. However, lots of noise in the unit above us. Some type of party. Wasn’t out of control but definitely noisy. Other than that, property was perfect!

Great spot with everything we needed

Great property and location. The buildings in the complex are a bit older, but well maintained. This unit was very spacious and in excellent shape. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials to make for a very convenient stay. Definitely met our expectations, we’ll be booking here again on our next trip to Durango.

Great place!

Loved the place! Exactly as it looked in the pictures, very nice. Comfy beds and super close to downtown Durango! Very convenient! Only problem was that we couldn’t find any of the “pool towels” but we ended up bringing our own anyways for the hot springs, so it’s really not enough to matter!

Cozy Condo in Durango

This rental was cozy and provided just the amount of space and amenities that our family needed. We love the location and the process of booking, checking in, and checking out was seamless. The property appeared just as it was listed online. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect

Perfect for our family. The location was central to downtown and the college. The condo had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The king size bed was very comfortable. The second bedroom was great for kids. Our little loved all the books and the bunk bed. The host was very clear and helpful in their communications and reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Clean, Comfortable and Well Appointed

It is a great condo close to town but not so close that it is noisy. The common area around the pool and hot tub is clean and nice. Everything works and the management company even provides everything you need for the kitchen and bath. This was a nice touch. I would return to this same unit next time I am in Durango. Only things to note: Pool closes at 9pm Pillows are a bit hard (some like this so not necessarily bad just good to know)

Very well kept and relaxing

Nice location away from downtown. Place was very nice and comfortable. We had a little bit of a problem with the electrical outlets. A few had to have the cord "held in place" with something. It was a nice touch in the "kids" room to have classic books. There were Nancy Drew, Heidi and many more. :)

Cute condo in a nice neighborhood close to the college

Beautiful and comfortable condo in a very nice neighborhood close to the downtown durango area. Home is very comfortable, has everything needed. The owners are great communicators and have everything needed. I would most definitely stay here again.
