These homes were built in the early 1900's when Dunnellon was a booming mining town. Both homes are located on Chestnut Street two doors apart in the downtown historic district . These homes are located just minutes from the Rainbow River. Walk to all the friendly local shops and great restaurants. Great for multi-family trips. Book this listing and get both homes for your friends amd family!

Both homes are fully renovated and furnished with modern appliances and amenites. Each home has three queen beds and a Sleeper sofa. Both homes have pool tables with one home having a full game room. Outback are spacious patio decks with full seating, BBQ grills, Corn Hole sets and fire pits. Bikes and kayaks are available upon request.
