Very clean

I suppose covid is the universal excuse in the American hospitality industry. Too bad. I hope things change quickly. The Hilton-Ocala is a fine physical plant. Two issues: 1) Even when I put the "service" tag on my door, I never had my room cleaned, new towels, etc., for three days I find this inexcusable for the price I paid at this hotel. And when I made a comment at the front desk, I pretty much got a shrug. 2) No room service? In a fancy hotel like this one? Really. I have to order something in the restaurant, wait an eternity for it to be prepared, and take it up myself? Again, I expected a lot more from a "premium" facility. For $75 a day less, I can get the same level of service in another hotel, and very well might. Hilton, if you think of yourself as an upscale, premium facility, don't act like a Days Inn.

The Lock door did not work and I missed all my activities, Maintenance work to open the door several times, locks on this hotel are not friendly. If something happen inside the room management cannot open the doors fast. Really sad.

This is a pretty hotel. Beds are comfortable. Check-in was wonderful, the woman even gave me 2 bottles of water after I asked her where was the closest water fountain. The one problem we had was that the TV channel selection sucked. Only about 10 “live” and everything else was at a $19,99 charge per movie. Same thing with the internet, bad connection unless you paid for it. This is not a cheap hotel, so these amenities need to improve big time.

My reservation was for 2 queen beds. They said they only had a king. I wasn’t happy. After 30 minutes, they found a room with 2 queens. They were non apologetic and made no attempt at making restitutions.

Went for the HOT TUB only-assured it was functioning... broken. Hot tub temperature did not get above warm.

Beautiful, clean, and modern. The check in staff was amazing.

I like that the hotel is close to Santo's Mtb Park and I can bring my bike into the hotel after a long day of mountain biking.

The Hilton always lives up to its name and delivers excellent service!

Overall the hotel was excellent. But the hot tub was not hot. Plus you had tp pay for breakfast. Should be free!
