This was a lovely hotel and a great location near the main areas of Dublin. The staff were friendly and the food was great, especially the Crab cake during lunch. Nice ambience and courtyard.

The hotel was fine, but for a 4-star and the price, I expected better. The staff were fantastic - really friendly and accommodating. The lobby and bar area were nice, and the food was decent (we only ordered sandwiches as we were eating out later that night). I booked an Executive Triple Room, and it looked lovely at first, but then I noticed the box spring bed base was dirty and scuffed. That kind of wear and tear is fair enough, but a valance sheet would go a long way in tidying it up. The bathroom was the real issue. The shower fixtures, glass door, and corners of the bath were filthy - there was a lot of built-up grime and scum. The floor was dirty too - I could see it on my feet after walking barefoot post-shower. It just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned in a while. The hotel was not awful, but like I said, for the price - CA$871.28 for one night including parking - you would expect better.

Fabulous location walking distance to absolutely everything. Staff are friendly and courteous and having valet parking was a great option in busy Dublin. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our trip.

Hotel was located near many of the popular attractions,trinity college,Guinness ,epic .Also near good dining options . Staff ,especially bar staff,most notably Alan and jack were very accommodating .

Deep in Dublin

The team was great. They were all very friendly and helpful. Great recommendations and taking extra steps to make you comfortable. The food and bar was also wonderful. The room we had was small and very loud. There was construction in the mornings and what sounded like broken glass crashing down outside our window at night. Outside the hotel felt rough. Homeless tents across the street. I wouldn’t want to walk at night. It was easy to get to at least one train station.

Central to everything!
