It was wonderful! Onlybthing I would say is your staying above a busy bar on a party steet so O your looking for quite... yiur picking wrong! This is a place for FUN!

Central location and the Norseman is an excellent bar. Rooms are small, no elevator and be prepared for noise all night.

Understand this is in TEMPLE Bar. Expect late night patrons and music. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. The private entrance and minimal demands we had for the staff made this a perfect over nighter. This is a great place to crash especially if you are there for the nightlife.

The experience varies depending on what room you stay in. I stayed at the Norseman 2 consecutive Saturday nights. The first time I got room #1. The room is very small, overhead lights didn't work, bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, shower threatened to overflow, very noisy since it borders the street (Temple Bar is a big party area). The second time I got room #3. Much larger, more modern room, modern bathroom, much quieter since the only window is a skylight. Very pleasant Rachel checked us in and booked us a window table for dinner in their very nice restaurant. They definitely need a handyman to do some routine maintenance.

Enjoyed staying at the Norseman. The location in Temple Bar is perfect, although it can be somewhat noisy at night. Bring along a pair of ear plugs, then all is fine. I would recommend this place!
