I have to say that my expections were very low, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this was an excellent hotel located on fringe of Dublin. Modern, well furnished, impecably clean with friendly and efficient staff. What more can you ask for? Ideal for business, an overnight stopover or a longer stay.

This is a hard review. Many aspects going on to cover my opinion. Let's start with service. The service at the desk was ok, though I though the female at the desk was arrogant and thought herself above Americans. They found our info and processed us. Price for a room was just under 100€. Get to the room and that is where we go way South. The rooms have no circulation no fans and the window opens about three inches. When u can't handle the heat you have to open the window and get some air. When u open the window you hear the constant screaming of a steady flow of cars and trucks down m50. That was all night. The rooms were stuffy at best. The rooms themselves were clean and modern. It rates best in the little community they are in.... that's because there is no more there. It is NOT convenient to Dublin. It is about an hour away from the city center via bus and 35 min via a 40€ cab ride. We won't be returning.

Very nice hotel with great staff. One thing I wasn't impressed with was that I'm a young female travelling alone in a different country, I arrived late and they decided to shout my room number out in front of a lobby full of people which made me very uncomfortable. Also arriving late at night, I didn't bother to check the sheets or anything as it was dark and I was tired.. I woke up in patches of yellow urine looking stains all over the bed, at first I thought it might have been my fake tan until I saw it all over the other side I hadn't slept on. The maids came and changed it straight away but knowing I had slept in that was disgusting. Overall a nice hotel though

Our tour stopped here. Whilst the location is not the best the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast one of the best we had with better options for vegetarians such as mushrooms and pancakes. The added bonus was that the hotel offered next day washing service.

I would like to say the overall service was very good but having stayed in many hotels throughout Europe over the years I must draw particular attention to the superb serviice I experience at reception from Asta she is a credit to your hotel.

Ideally situated for my work, i stayed for six months and will return again if i get the chance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was always served on time. Alina and Darelle stand out in reception. The food was consistently good in the restaurant. Tara stands out in the restaurant.

At first, I wasn't sure I was going to like being 'so far away from the Temple Bar area', etc., but after experiencing great employees, a decent restaurant & bar, and a comfy room/hotel, I was overall pleased. (It is pricey to get public transportation/taxis to the city-area. It is nearby a bus stop, yet those are not all-night stops--giving you a curfew upon return, and there is about a 20 minute walk to the Luas (tram system). The kind staff members (especially Asta R. who kindly guided my way with public-transportation directions and safe well-being!) helped to ensure I had my medically-needed ice-packs available each evening, a circulating fan for the hotter summer temps, and always had a smile. The morning's continental breakfast had decent options and seemed fresh. The coffee and tea were pleasing and helped to start the day's adventure.

Stayed here last week for my birthday and was checked in by a lovely girl named alina! Had breakfast the next morning which was very nice! Checked out by another lovely receptionist named mellissa both wore lovely and friendly and very professional will definitely be back!

I stayed in this hotel a few nights ago. My room was facing onto the motorway and was so incredibly noisy. I got so little sleep. The room was also so hot and could not contemplate opening the window, as this would have added greatly to the noise issue. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

When we booked this hotel for a one night stay we knew it was a little out of the way but getting to it is a bit tougher than i thought. The cheevertown stop on the luas is a fine stretch of the legs,a lot further than the hotel says,as we had no car we found it easier to get the luas to the red cow stop, then get a taxi to the hotel, costs between 12 or 13 euro. The rooms are comfertable but can be noisy if you open the window. Breakfast was ok,sadly iam not a lover of the self service breakfast and again it seems hard to keep your breakfast warm from the counter to the table. Check in staff friendly and helpfull, check out staff never even asked how things were or if we had a nice stay, maybe she had been talking to night staff as we had a dedate with whom we think was the night porter,we were not sure as he had no name tag,any way after we returned to the hotel after a concert,my wife went to the bar a got a beer and tea and toast, imagine the shock when The guy at the bar wanted 6 EURO for two slices of toast,i know the hotels mark thinks up a bit but this is disgrace, needless to say we didnt pay it,such a shame as i think this could be a nice hotel with a few small changes
