Very noisy, you can here everything from the street and the neighboring rooms. Poor windows and noise isolation altogether. Very poor WiFi. Super small shower cabin.

Great location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult but that's to be expected in a big city. I would definitely stay at the Harcourt again.

They put us in rooms at the font of the hotel without telling us that people party in the street in front of the hotel until 6 am. When we mentioned it to the staff, they told us it was our fault because we didn't complain about it at 2 am when they all started partying in the street. Very disappointed in the hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars. Good service. WiFi and tv channels are quite limited.

Hotel reception was exceptional. Only complaint was the chilled room during my stay without any ability for the guests to regulate their own comfort.

The room was clean, updated and the mattress was very comfortable. HOWEVER, they have a problem with towels. It is a strange dysfunction they seem to struggle with. I had to was a full hour to get into my room and the last half hour was explained by the front desk staff as...and I quote..."Oh, you just need to wait a little (30 minutes) so they can put fresh towels into the room." GREAT! When I entered the room after a day of travel I went to the bathroom to shower and NO TOWELS?! The same person who told me to wait for towels explains on the phone, "We don't give you towels until 4PM." So, what on Earth is their problem? I thought to myself, "What is next. 'Oh, you wanted a mattress with that room?" So weird. The next two days I came back after 5PM and the room was not made up. I had to ask for the room to be made up. Also, towels were a problem throughout. Their room service is a huge problem.

Really didn’t enjoy hearing the air conditioning on the roof outside our room when the room itself had no temperature control. There were stains everywhere... including the lampshades and carpet. It was hot inside the room even when it was a cool evening.

Because of the deal I received I expected a terrible room. It was actually really lovely and the bed was comfortable. There was traditional Irish tea and coffee station set up in our room. The room looks right out of a Victorian novel with the drapes and fireplace and oversized antique chairs. The staff was very welcoming and helpful for check in and out. The hotel is not a bad location for walking around and there are several convenient public transport services and the hotel easily reserved a taxi upon request. There are plenty of eating places within 10 minute walk- including a lovely vegan place in 5! The only negative part of this experience is the noise. The walls are thin and even worse is the ceiling and floor separating the room above. The obnoxiously drunk 5-6 men that happened to stay there woke us up around 4 am when they returned, first outside our door yelling and laughing and fighting. Then it continued above and it sounded like potentially a heard of rhinos- even our chandelier was shaking. This went on for several hours. I’m thankful the baby didn’t wake but I did and we had to travel on the next day so this was really terrible for sleep. The best part of the room for me was the super hot water! I really enjoy the room besides the rude and ignorant drunk guests.

Comfortable bed, nice hot water with plenty of pressure, comfortable sitting alcove and useful desk and chair with connections. Wi-fi is free and fast. No view but none was promised. The price and value were excellent - wonderful place for breakfast and a late cap

Great location near St. Stephens Green, the Trolley, Bus stops, etc. Nice room that over looked the nightclub but not that big of a deal as we were with friends and were out and about. The Dtwo nightclub was a big hit and was bust most of the day with the Gaelic Futbol tournament and Hen Do's. The food was good and the beers were cheap and cold!

This would be an absolutely fine hotel if not for the half dozen nightclubs on the block, including one in the hotel itself with a back garden. From 1 am to 5 am it was impossible to sleep. Hotel does however provide earplugs. Not sure I would stay there again, but maybe I just caught a particularly rowdy weekend.

It was very loud in the middle of the night. This was probably due to our room being very close to the stairs. Breakfast was lovely and very good value. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Location of the hotel was great. Close to the Luas, easy bus and taxi access. I would stay here again but I would ask for a room away from the stairs.
