Great hotel! Very clean and updated hotel!
Pool not working people hanging outside all types of the night no microwave in rooms staff polite and amazing
Nice
Very good hotel
It costs too much to not have microwaves in the rooms and only have 1 common microwave for the entire hotel to use. Beds were hard, and uncomfortable, floor was dirty, shower was dirty. Never again 😡
The pool table and the noise canceling booths in the lobby.
A dangerous place to stay. There were people at the hotel that were not guests but likely friends/associates of management. They woke me up at 2 AM making noises through the walls. I could hear them speaking about me. I packed all my belongings and was getting ready to leave, but I then I heard them go out in the hall waiting for me. I then had to call the police to escort me out. The receptionist at the front desk was not too curious as to why the police were on the premises. They have cameras in the rooms and they are probably involved in human trafficking.
It had an outdoor pool that we were able to use! Staff was friendly, hotel was clean very nice!
Nice! Clean and beautiful! The beds were super comfy and the rooms were pretty!
Good location, shopping/restaurants right there. Clean. Only downside was the pillows are flat

I apologize for your experience. It is highly unlikely that the guests next to your room were talking about "you", as they would have no way to know who you are, unless you told them. I reviewed the hall cameras and did not see anyone "waiting for you" outside of your room. Guests are free to call the police if they have an issue that requires their assistance, so the desk representative would not be curious or surprised by their presence. Having cameras in guest rooms is illegal as is human trafficking, I assure you we are not involved in either. Thank you.
