They do not clean or sanitize rooms.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Being that I loved in Troy, I thought it would be a nice atmosphere around there. Even from the moment we got there the receptionist was extremely rude and our room WAS NOT even ready until 2 hours later. We asked for some compensation but nothing was give , not even a sorry for the wait. Nothing. We called corporate. Within one minute the room was ready after we had to call.... As we opened the door to our “non smoking room” the smoking fumes were unbearable and there were burn marks everywhere!!!! Cheese al over the counter, dirty refrigerator on the outside and inside! Extremely loud music and no parking spaces because there were soooo many parties and people around the hotel parking lot. WITH THEIR DOORS OPEN! Our room was so dirty we were afraid to sit down or even sleep in the bed! We are definitely working on getting compensation for having the worst experience of our lives there

Beds and pillows needs a bit updating. The entire family did not sleep well. Other than that everything else was great for the price paid and space. Will return!

The property was extremely clean. Staff was very attentive. For the price point it is by far the nicest property I have stayed at in the Detroit area.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was pretty terrible but free. Suites are large, but rather run down & stained etc. Plenty of parking. No wifi instructions when i checked in, and no iron (had to ask). Worst iron I have ever used, permanently marked one of my shirts.

It’s a nice location but it needs to be better maintained and no noise during the night.

Breakfast was very good. Property was showing it's age and was in need of updates inside and in the parking lots. Property was noisy.

Amazing designe and build. Complimentry breakfast and dinner also very nice.

Kitchen space and good room spacious Dislike drafts from fireplace and windows as it was cold outside. Bathroom floor is cold when going potty at night

We are truly sorry about the stained couch and TV. We did have a problem with 7 of our channels Mid October but it is fixed! I will also report cleanliness problem to our housekeeping supervisor so we can rest assure that it wont happen in the future. We hope to see you again soon!

We apologize for the insects in your room, we are going to find a better solution so we wont have this problem in the near future. Currently we do have a pest company come in and treat all of our rooms every 2 weeks. We hope to see you again and we do apologize for the problems you had.
