The staff was out of this world! They were super friendly and very helpful. Our stay in the hotel was nice. I don’t believe this should be a designated 4 star Hotel. If we wanted room our room cleaned we had to call every day, our room did not come with a do not disturb sign, there was no directory book or TV screen, so we had to keep calling front desk with questions. The TV only had Live TV and there was no way for us to connect our phones to stream. The bathroom came with limited amenities: body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No bathroom toiletries kit. It was a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. If this was a designated 3 star hotel I wouldn’t be complaining, but this was not a 4 star hotel. Would have been a GREAT 3 star though!

Upon arrival there were crackheads outside of the hotel asking for change. Then the front desk staff this morning at 5am was very rude and unhelpful she attempted to argue with me about parking and rolled her eyes and told me to have a nice day I was only trying to check out I will never stay in this hotel again and then to have a group of males with a case of beer chilling in the lobby was definitely unsettling I couldn’t identify if they had a room or not but kinda sketchy to have a group of 10 men sitting in the front lobby drinking a case of beer after 12am couldn’t even sleep that night.
