"We spent two nights in two rooms (2 families) on Aug 2-3. Pros: + Modern, new facility + Close distance to mall and Disney + Shuttle service + Staff is nice and willing to help Cons: - Understaffed at night on the last shuttle. Big line up of folks trying to get to the office after leaving the bus. - Rooms is decently equipped but our rooms were missing key items such as paper towels, a frying pan, dishwasher soap, dish cloths (we had to use towels!). I would consider staying again knowing the limitations if you plan to do any sort of cooking."

"Great hotel for a Disney trip. The transfer bus was very regular to do to the village or parks. The room was spacious and clean, with basic amenities - 1 soap for body and shampoo. The pools were a nice addition. It was easy to check in and out. The staff were ok - not especially friendly or rude. They had the Friday night pool party on during our stay and the music was extremely loud and we could hear it clearly in the room. The party went on until midnight so it was not ideal - I’d suggest turning down the volume after 10/10:30 to make it better for the guests who are not at the party."
