We stayed at KI Space in Paris to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional – every member of the team was so friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The location is very accessible, and one of the highlights was the free transfers to Disneyland, which made our trip even more seamless and enjoyable. When our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us immediately – offering quick solutions and making sure we were looked after, which we’ll always be grateful for. This was such a special trip for our family, and KI Space played a huge part in making it memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris – especially families looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.

During our visit to Disneyland, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two nights, and I must say, our experience was truly exceptional. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the inclusion of a small kitchen was a delightful convenience. Furthermore, the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant provided us with both delicious food and a wonderful breakfast buffet. If you are seeking a hotel near Disneyland, I wholeheartedly recommend this one.

It’s very convenient to stay with a free Shuttle service to Disneyland. The room was so clean, water dispenser just outside the bedroom, and of course the 55 inches tv. It’s not just an ordinary hotel, it has kitchen equipment. What a shame didn’t use the swimming as we don’t have time.

Great hotel! Lovely pool, close to Disneyland and we took advantage of the free shuttle. Rooms were spacious and well equipped for travel with a baby. The breakfast and food at the restaurant were quite overpriced and only ok. Also the hours of the restaurant were quite strange for a family resort (opened at 7pm). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel in june 25. Amazing hotel, staff great, restaurant and bar food wonderful, lovely pool and spa facilities although i personally didnt use. I was there with my daughter for mostly disneyland, it's about 15 mins away but hotel free shuttle bus runs regular. Large train station outside disneyland gates which goes to airport and Paris centre, definitely worth the trip. If i had to pick something negative it would be that the hotel is situated out on its own, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, you are dependent on the shuttle or taxi if you dont hire a car. I also couldn't get any english tv apart from news channel, this might have been my fault, i didnt ask reception as it wasnt a big deal to me. All in all its a beautiful wonderful hotel, was perfect for us for a disney break, would not hesitate to go back again, we loved it.

This hotel was so nice! Close enough to Disneyland but also far enough away! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The pool was so nice. 10/10 recommend to any one with kids or without kids!
