Philippe and his staff were wonderful! The place was right on the water! The meals that he prepared himself were excellent. He was very accommodating and helped us book our activities. We will recommend to all our friends and family. Thank you Philippe for making our trip the best!

Beautiful setting, right on the beach. Very authentic. The staff is particularly pleasant and courteous.

The Sofitel is a fairly small property, which gives it a warm, cozy feeling. Restaurants are top notch, staff are very friendly, rooms are kept immaculate, and the property is beautiful. The beach is lovely and snorkelling is very good. I would be very happy to return here.

Amazing views, wonderful, friendly staff! Great food and beautiful water!
Feb 14 - Feb 15
OK airport transfer hotel. Very close to the airport.
Feb 1 - Feb 2
We enjoyed the property. But corridors are a bit dark at night as you go to your room in the evening. Beach towels had to be returned at 6 pm but the pool closes at 8 pm. So we walked back to our room dripping wet. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They had answers to many our questions. ...

We were given extra help with a problem with some of our own travel equipment.
Jan 29 - Jan 30
20 min taxi from the airport. Calm beach black sand. Dolphins playing the day we left. Staff was very very friendly and accommodating. Very meh resort but they don’t claim to be more. Solid 4 star review.
The pool was one of our highlights! It felt like you were on a white sandy beach with plenty of umbrellas for shade. Another highlight was kayaking around the lagoon. Views from the room are gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed our time here!
Had a terrific experience in room 8 directly in front of the water . One of the workers, Pipi, was especially helpful at breakfast daily The woman at the bar was very unhelpful the Sunday night that we showed up 15 minutes before the dinner deadline. Probably because too many tourists miss the dinner ...

The location is absolutely amazing - private lagoon, plenty of coral and blue waters, just like in pictures. Accessible only via boat. However, we had an overwater bungalow and this looks the same like in the '60-'70s when they built the hotel. The maintenance is very poor. Furniture is deteriorated, ...
