We had a updated room no 283 and it was perfect in all ways. Grounds are beautiful. They offer washers and dryers so when it rains you can dry your clothes. The bar Into the pool was fun. Meals are expensive in the South Pacific. Breakfasts were really good, lots of choices. Bd si many fresh fruits. Took tours from hotel and they were great. We would stay st Inter Continental hotels again.

The lagoon is fabulous. Nature brought close to us

Very well located. The hotel public spaces are somewhat shabby. The staff was terrific and was able for a minimal fee to allow us late check out at 6 pm. Considering this is French Polynesia good value

Nice Overwater Bungalows. Bad Service in restaurant, for dinner and at breakfast. Tables were sticky and dirty. Wrong information at checkout, limited possibility to refresh and shower after check out. Compared with other top brands of different corporates very disappointing and not worth the money. If you go to Tahiti - spend more time in Bora Bora or Huahine.

Awesome location right next to airport so it’s easy to get here for a short stay!

Lovely, peaceful stay at this hotel on the water. Multiple opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, water sports. The two infinity pools were accessible 24 hours....soooo relaxing, all hours of day and night. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of fruits. breads and hot dishes. The rooms were nicely furnished with lots of space for the three of us; the mini fridge was extremely handy, as was the free washer and dryer. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful from arrival greeting, front desk, concierge, housekeeping, dining room, and grounds keepers. Conveniently located close to airport, markets, gas stations, and “freeway” to center of town. We were here for 12 days and rented a car. Would stay here again!!

Facility was amazing. Clean room, friendly staff, great service from front desk, concierge, and restaurants. Been to a lot of tropical/island destinations and this one was the best yet.

Great baby moon. Quiet, relaxing, and food was great.

Great hotel 5 star all the way pool, breakfast checkin check out views all wonderful very well thought out checkin with cell phone

Only there for a one-night stopover before our early morning flight the next day. Hotel grounds are amazing, wish we were there for longer to take advantage of it. Rooms seem to be recently renovated. Hotel staff (other than those at the front desk) are great.

I really appreciated the welcome at 6:00am after a long trip. We were welcomed and given an opportunity to shower while waiting for a room to be ready in the afternoon. I was even given a cell phone to use so they could call me when the room was ready.

We were first given a standard room with garden view but the air conditioning did not work properly. After 4 attempts to fix the thermostat, the manager offered to upgrade us to a room with lagoon view in the newer section of the property. It was a newly renovated room. We enjoyed the remaining 5 nights at the new room. We were there for a total of 10 nights.

Everything was good except I thought the bathrooms were not really up to date.

For a upscale resort, we found this place to be overpriced, benefitting from inaccessibility allowing it to grossly overcharge for meals, and needing to relook the basics of food service. The buffet was mediocre (soggy French toast, wet lettuce, canned mushrooms, some canned fruit products in an environment that should have specialized in freshness). Only one variety of diet sweetener to go with two sugars. One of the head waitresses showed an attitude that the customers were somehow getting in the way of her doing her job.

It was a great hotel. I loved it. It was not as top-notch as the resort we stayed in Bora Bora, but honestly we were impressed. It has a lagoon that you can snorkel in and the beach is gorgeous. Much better than the LM down the street, which we stayed at a few days beforehand. The food at the Lotus was excellent. Also close to Faaa and town.

resturant and house keeper are very friendly and kind. facilities are very clean and well take care of it. so reluxing place.

Great hotel and overall resort. So beautiful. Limited food options but good quality. Only disappointed that we couldn't check in earlier than 2PM. Hard to believe not one room freed up given we arrived at 6AM.

Nice hotel, good location From all the reviews I read no one ever said how expensive everything is! $50 each person for breakfast. Very pricey everywhere you go.

We were very impressed with the hotel's location, cleanliness and very friendly, accommodating staff. Perfect location for anyone's honeymoon.
