VERY NICE

Love the property. A plus was the use of the garage, as it was winter. Very clean and neat. Nice new house. Kitchen towels and dishrag would have been nice. Also washcloths in bathroom. Would stay again.

New Years Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our teenage boys to have their own space and to have our family over for a visit. Location was in a clean, safe neighborhood close enough to all the ammenities Ankeny has to offer. We appreciated the pet and smoke free rule as our son has severe allergies. Host was quick to respond to messages.

Perfect house for the weekend

Me and 4 girl friends did the Pigtail Bike ride to High Tressel Trail Bridge. This house was perfect with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Conveniently located to where we were going. Quiet location and easy to find. We will stay here again next year when we do the ride again!

Quiet neighborhood, good location

This house worked well for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s a couple miles out of the “main city” but centrally located to where we wanted to go during our stay. Great communication with home owner.

Nice place and location

Easy to reach<2 miles from I35. 20 minutes from Ames for ISU football game and 10 minutes from downtown Des Moines. Comfortable for 8 adults to sleep, clean and quiet neighborhood. Nice price, way better than 4 hotel rooms.
