Welcome to your private guest suite, located on the full lower level of my home. I live upstairs and am always available if you need anything, but I am quiet and I respect your privacy.
The spacious great room features a cozy fireplace with a TV above the mantle, a comfortable overstuffed couch, and a table and chairs perfect for work, play, or light entertainment. The flexible workspace includes a desk with a printer and an additional monitor for your convenience, as well as fast, reliable Wi-Fi. For those who like to stay active, free weights and ample space for yoga are available, along with an 88-key Yamaha keyboard for warm-ups, practice, or jamming out with "Heart and Soul."
The bedroom, while compact, offers a walk-in closet ideal for longer stays. A queen-sized elevated air mattress is available upon request and can be set up in the great room or flex space for additional sleeping arrangements.
Although the bathroom is small, it offers a tub with a shower and a large vanity with plenty of storage. The kitchenette is equipped with a variety of appliances to make cooking easy, and for dining out, there is a wide selection of restaurants and takeout options within a 2-mile radius.
The fenced-in backyard is perfect for pets, and the home is just a 5-minute walk from a park with an off-leash dog area, playground, and plenty of walking paths.

This place was wonderful. Everything had a thoughtful purpose and we didn’t want for anything. Communication was perfect and we didn’t have to wait for any responses to questions or requests. Snacks and water were provided and much appreciated and even a little pregnancy pickle snack for our pregnant daughter in law. That was so thoughtful!!! Will definitely stay here again if needed!!!

Like home away from home!
Such a lively space and a lovely host! Roomy private apartment with sunny green, quiet backyard and shady patio space for sitting outdoors in the morning with coffee while the dogs enjoy the yard. Our host Beth was so gracious. She made our stay like being at home. We loved every minute and hope to enjoy the experience again when we come back to visit our family in Broomfield.
