I would not stay here again. After working on a move all day, I got to the property and was put on the 4th floor. Elevator was not working. The vending machine was on the first floor. Went to get water and this machine was not working. Microwave caught fire when I tried to use it. No, I didn't put any metal in it. Shower didn't have hot water. Night clerk told us they were renovating, was apologetic and said we could get money back. Needless to say, this did not happen. Talked to manager and was told the same only to have refund denied. Caution, Do Not Stay here.
This property condition is horrible
Bed was very comfortable and close to where we needed to go. Shower had great pressure, but not really warm (going to take a look at it). Parking lot needs some work, but at least you didn't have to worry about speeders, lol. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Great place!
Rather rundown, needs major updates, definitely doesn't feel like LaQuinta... The staff is friendly and helpful, so it's all about the property condition

Run down. Felt unsafe the entire time. Why would the handicapped room be on the backside in a different building from the lobby without fridge or microwave. The only Ice machine for entire complex was on the second floor of main building. Handicapped person could not utilize this without tremendous difficulty. Breakfast was a joke.
Bathroom tub did not drain and dog toy found under the desk. Dust on the headboard.

Overall, fine. A challenge ( maybe to Google ! ) is that google maps had trouble finding it.... question if Denver, or Westminster, or Northglenn. You guys should check it out and see if there is something you can do to make it easier for google maps.
