Run down. Felt unsafe the entire time. Why would the handicapped room be on the backside in a different building from the lobby without fridge or microwave. The only Ice machine for entire complex was on the second floor of main building. Handicapped person could not utilize this without tremendous difficulty. Breakfast was a joke.

Bathroom tub did not drain and dog toy found under the desk. Dust on the headboard.

Very polite and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, fine. A challenge ( maybe to Google ! ) is that google maps had trouble finding it.... question if Denver, or Westminster, or Northglenn. You guys should check it out and see if there is something you can do to make it easier for google maps.

The shower did not drain so it endes up half fill by the time I was done....it drained slowly after i was done. The air conditioning only worked when it felt like it, it would come on random times but even at lowest settings did not come on. Only offer double beds not queen or a single king and beds were uncomfortable. Lady in morning bad a bad attitude. For over 100 a night i expect better conditions. I will be calling there corporate office

Poor representation at check-in. Outdated room, huge trash can just outside our door. Poor insulation. You could hear people outside talking. We had reserved 3 nights and checked out after the first.

The major problem at this site is that room access is completely from the outside of the building. During the current weather in Colorado you have a better than 50/50 chance of getting rained on getting to your room. The site is not taken care of as one can easily see from all the rust on the rails. The good point is once you got to your room, it was clean with a good mattress.

The staff tried to be accommodating however the property had people staying in parked old RVs in the parking lot right outside my door. I drove by the property three days after my check out and those RVs were still in the exact same spot. The room itself was outdated by at least 20 years, and an overwhelming smell … Just overall it was very ran down, people living onsite in vehicles and I didn’t feel safe at all

The property is in need of maintenance and upgrading. The check in process took quite a bit of time, even though I was the only one in line. While I appreciate the fact they had on site security, the officer that was on duty was extremely rude. This was my first day out of La Quinta property, and most certainly will be my last.

Decent breakfast selection, easy parking. Thin walls though.
