This UPSCALE and NEWLY BUILT Cottage features a luxury full size bed in the bedroom and an airy living room with an extremely comfy full size sofa bed, both perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy amenities like dedicated off street parking, WiFi, A/C, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, electric fireplace, alarm clocks for both beds, 2 smart tvs, high end linens, hot tub access, a private patio with patio table, umbrella, chairs, and private gardens. Two Mini splits provide refreshing cool or comfy warmth, one for each bed area so everyone can enjoy their own preference for quality sleep. If you request you can have coffee, shampoo and conditioner, and some groceries ready for you. The grounds that are shared with the main houseand fully accessible to you are the second patio and chairs, the hot tub, a soothing pond with 2 waterfalls, and gardens. These areas are also home to dogs, a cat, pond fish, and chickens. All are friendly. The serene atmosphere of this home makes it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. May your soul find peace here.
