I adore this hotel. Nothing wrong. Breakfast was fabulous. I stayed two nights and they upgraded my room for free. Pet friendly (pet cost is slightly over market standard but even a dog deserves a treat now and again).

The room was clean. The staff was pretty nice. Not super helpful. The French toast sticks were bad. The salsa tasted rancid. The pool heater was broken. Hot tub out of service. Was told I should have called to check before I came. I made the reservation in the summer. I didn’t think I needed to call about it. Silly me. They didn’t offer much help. It really did change the whole dynamic of our trip. Wasn’t worth the money I spent at all. I’ll stick to my Hiltons or Marriotts. Staybridge will be filed with Wyndham. They put their name on anything.

I enjoyed the options were available. I have to eat free of gluten, sugar, dairy. I also have to minimize certain fats which I can’t digest. I was pleased to have peel and eat eggs so I could be safe with the whites. I also took plain oat only packets to room and cooked with fresh blueberries. My husband enjoyed yogurt. Berries. Scrambled eggs with cheese. We didn’t get to dine today because we had a very early flight and departed at 4:10am.

Book direct through the hotel's site if you dont want the room you paid for given away to another customer. We booked through expedia, and our room was given to someone right in front of me as an upgrade, and we were given the scraps. Expedia made it right by crediting the difference in price, but the staff could not care less about whay you booked third party.. also found someones old dirty fork under the nightstand when I sat down to put on my shoes. Gross.
