Hotel was clean and staff was great. The rooms are not sound proof at all. You hear everything in the halls, From people talking and doors closing. Got woke up all night with people in the halls talking loud. My room was by the elvator on the first floor.

Everything was lovely, but just off the property, the homeless were lined up along the curbs. It was discomforting. I did especially love the Halloween decor in the lobby and bar.
