Lisa is by far the most amazing bartender I have met. Her customer service and expertise and making you feel at home is a trait that can not be replicated. She is an asset that needs to be recognized and apppreciated! I will come back to Residence Inn because of Lisa!!!

I just want to tell anybody needing a hotel in the area of Broomfield this I a very nice extended stay hotel. The staff is great and very friendly. The breakfast, happy hour and bar are everything you need and would want. The workout room is very well equipped. Only missing a scale. Keep up the good work

I stayed here on a business trip and the location is excellent. A huge variety of restaurants within walking distance and right next door to Wal-Mart for anything you may have forgotten on your trip. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of soft or firm pillows. The shower was a walk-in, no tub in the room I was in at all, which was fine with me. Property was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. I will stay here again.

Overall, location and the new hotel was very nicely done. The breakfast was great. We appreciated egg whites but disappointed its not avail on weekends. Chief complaint is the ill accommodations for handicap accessibility. There are no 2 bedroom suite options with walk in showers and only I believe 3 designated handicap rooms per floor. Options: studio and/or a 1 br with room in the living space for the caregiver. We opted for the 1 bedroom. There was no walk in shower but rather tub/shower combo. The plumbing was complicated and had to be serviced to work (hand shower did not work alone without the overhead on too). The couch was entirely too low but engineering switched out the legs. The couch was excessively heavy to move to accommodate roll away bed (caregiver). Coffee pot needs automatic shut off to avoid scorching. The BR has wheelchair accessibility issues. No extra room between the bed & dresser to get to the hanging clothes. The TV would be better wall mounted & dresser eliminated. A small chair & trash can in the BR would be helpful. LR could use a mirror. Regarding hotel rules no outside drinks in the outdoor area - this could be monitored better. While I was there a very large group came with their own coolers and food et al and enjoyed their libations rather than purchasing from the bar (and yes, the bar was open and no one was sitting there buying from them). As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member, nothing special occurred at check in.

Little back story... My husband and I were supposed to go to Colorado for our honeymoon 20 years ago but our car broke down on the way and didn't make it. Well we decided to go for our 20th anniversary. Any way we just got back to our room and this was from the staff! Everyone signed the card and gave us champagne, cheesecake, and drink vouchers for the bar! We only told the 2 wonderful young ladies at check in about how it took 20 years to get here and everyone on staff mentioned it in the card! We thought this was an amazing hotel before but this just put it over the top! The Hollands

Very great service!! My wife and I were in town for business and stayed here. Awesome service, continental breakfast, outdoor grills by the outdoor pool, super friendly staff. Newer facility with clean rooms! Even the shuttle drivers are courteous and kind. I would highly recommend staying here!!

This hotel is about 14-15 min from Boulder and 33-35 from Denver airport. It offers great rooms with kitchen and breakfast for way less than you can find in Boulder. Our room was great. Service was excellent. We were not able to get breakfast. They gave me plenty of food at 5 am. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Plenty of parking spots. Plenty of places to eat and Walmart within walking distance, if you need anything else.

Unexpected...Drinks, food, and how can anyone complain with Rex Peoples, X-Factr, and Hazel Miller providing the Soul! I'm not sure how often this happens, but we've been 3 times now, and plan on going whenever possible. The lower lobby area is very accommodating, the bar and staff are friendly and good value, and the music is unreal. Awesome that the Residence Inn puts this on. Kudos!!!

I sometimes accompany my husband on work trips for 5 or more days. This was our first stay at this Residence inn. The hotel is right next door to Walmart, Flatiron Crossing Shopping Mall, and plenty of restaurants. There are nice walking paths just south of Hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable. There is even an oven in the kitchen. The bar is nice and the breakfast okay. I would have given 5 stars except that I had asked the same gentlemen that works the desk in the morning 3 different things to do for me 3 different times and he did none of them.

Because of commencement at CU, I had to stay outside of Boulder for this trip. This hotel must be less than a year old - very new, open lobby design, large rooms with very modern fittings. The complimentary breakfast was fine - nothing exceptional, but good hot fare and cereals and such. The front desk staff must have been very new - helpful and friendly, but didn’t recognize a Marriott rewards membership card. It’s about a 20 minute drive to most of Boulder from here, but nothing negative to say about the hotel.
