What a fantastic spot! An entire apartment right at Union station and 2 blocks away from the park, highlands ranch and awesome dining. Great Gym. great Pool, and the staff was on point. I will be back again and again. Live up in the Vail Valley and this spot is great!

NO PARKING! Do not park in whole foods parking garage. There is an entrance right by the front door. We were told the parking garage at the Coloradan was cheaper. It cost us $42 to park over night. The complex offers $30 parking per day. For the price of this place, complimentary parking wouldve been nice.
This was an amazing stay, location was superb, super clean, atmosphere tranquil, peaceful and stress free. Loved the overall minimalist artistic vibe and decor. Super great! So glad I chose this residence. I would love to visit same again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Fantastic property and facilities. Great room. No complaints about any physical aspects. Also the staff were all quite kind. However, there needs to be a better method of communication for how to navigate the property itself. There are 4 separate towers, and 4 separate entrances. Without clear guidance you end up going up and down different elevators, across different floors, possibly trying to open your room number in the wrong tower, unable to find your car, walking around the building the long way multiple times, moving your car from one side of the building to the other. In short, a LOT of unnecessary shenanigans. Once you KNOW your way around it is quite convenient, but the staff and welcome team could do a MUCH better job explaining all this on the front end. Would definitely stay there again. Just be aware of this possibility for confusion and wasted time. As one of the staff told me multiple times about multiple issues like this "It's a whole thing".

We chose this property for this convenience to Central Station for our Amtrak trip. We were very pleased with the room and really hated to leave. We would definitely stay here if we had a chance for a longer stay.
Lots of amenities…amazing gym, billiards, outdoor hot tub open all year, heated outdoor pool, many lounge spaces of all sizes…quite amazing. It’s a true apartment hotel…people live here, and people like me spend 1 night. Unique to me. Full kitchen…big fridge, washer, dryer, massive closets. Queen bed against a wall tho…not my favorite. Comfy couch. Not a lot of room in the room…but who needs it. So many areas to explore in the building. So worth it. One of my favorite night stays ever.
The apartments were very efficient and modern. The Grand Hall, outdoor patios with pool and hot tub and grills were spectacular. Stayed there for work and because the room rates were lower than nearby hotels, but it felt like I was on vacation.
Amazing location, very clean. Lots of space. Excellent option for visiting downtown.
Great location
Really close to union station and super convenient as there is a Whole Foods and CVS directly underneath the building. Also there is a washer and dryer in the unit. I liked that there was a passcode to get in and the apartment was very clean.
Very cool apt-style hotel. Hotel suite was clean and well-decorated. Beds were comfortable. Chose the two-bedroom suite and was pleased to find it had two full baths. Also liked having a code for entry vs having a key. Hotel was quiet. Only "complaint" is the neighborhood around. Downtown Denver has a serious homeless issue, and we observed at least two different homeless men who had mental issues. Other than that, there are several good restaurants in the area, incl Tupelo Honey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if I'm in Downtown Denver again, this is absolutely where I will stay.
We loved it here!!! We were a little nervous after the reviews about the key system. We found it super convenient and easy to use your code and not have to carry around a key. Everyone was so friendly and helpful as well. We loved our beautiful, spacious room with so many amenities!
Loved the property, only complaint, after 1 st night I reported coffee maker was not working , it was turned into housekeeping? I even told a maid, yet coffee maker was not replaced for us to have the main reason I did not stay in a hotel .hopefully just a slip up
