The room I had (rooftop) was gorgeous and very private. It was spacious, had a private balcony that over looked the city with a hot tub. I could not be happier with the quality of everything for the price.

Queen Anne is a well-kept older building which provides charm and a unique look. The decor is wonderfully different and full of local talent. The staff welcomed us and fed us like we were the queen and king!

My sister and I stayed at this property in Denver for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff gave us a tour at check-in. We loved having free parking and being so close to the RiNo district. The breakfast was delicious, they made me a French press of decaf coffee and waffles with blueberry compote and fresh fruit. It felt like a home away from home and I highly recommend it!

Second time staying at the Queen Ann. It’s a little piece of home when on the road.

Very comfortable inn with a great location in Denver. I enjoyed my stay.

Homey! Small and quaint. Wonderful terrace and nice front porch.

My husband and I loved the Queen Anne and would recommend to everyone. It is very well-kept, the rooms are unique and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. What an amazing deal!

Friendly and courteous! Great location and quiet stay.

This was a surprising find in downtown Denver. The owner and staff are incredibly charming. The rooms are furnished with beautiful natural pieces. My room had 360° Miral of aspen trees, which was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. Everything is organic and healthy. The other gas were fascinating. I loved the atmosphere and plan to stay again

The hotel is conveniently located and well-appointed. The staff was extremely accommodating and had our room ready early for us. The breakfast was superb! Waffles with freshly cut fruit was served along with an array of juices and other tasty treats.we would surely stay here again.

We were delighted by the warm welcome we received, surprised that there is a truly beautiful garden that includes organic foods used in the breakfasts they serve, and happy with the room itself. There is parking which was limited but totally adequate for us, lovely common areas inside and outside, and we enjoyed the staff we met.

The bed and breakfast was clean and the staff was so nice. We were treated very well and the breakfast next morning was very good. We were within walking distance to the 16th street mall which is one of the reasons we wanted to stay there. I had not stayed at a bed and breakfast before but I would stay here again.

Cute little bed and breakfast just a walking distance to loads of fun things to do around Denver. A great stay for couples

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were only here one night, but were greeted by the friendly staff right away. The room was very nice, breakfast was amazing. We unfortunately missed the wine tasting that was offered.

Within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that they were mindful of the environment. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and I loved that we could eat outside in the little garden where they grew their own herbs, vegetables, and flowers. We had a great stay!
